We normally stay at the Statler in Dallas as the location and amenities are top notch. We enjoy that it is a historic location in Dallas, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The amenities within the hotel are great, with restaurants, bars and a roof top pool to enjoy during your stay.

The food at over easy was not a highlight, below par Roof top bar staff were a bit rude, Shower was 10/10 Front Desk staff were amazing and very helpful, Security was a superstar, i wish i could remember his name, but so he was friendly and welcoming and just genuine

The staff was like family with me. Everyone was courteous, professional and all smiles🤗😁😊. My visit to The Statler Hotel in Dallas Texas was memorable and it made my 71st BOULE of ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA SORORITY INC. one to remember for a lifetime. I didn’t get to see the property much since I checked late evening and checked out next day morning . Overall the ambience of hotel is good , rooms were clean , bathroom was good . Bed was comfy .

I loved the location and the amenities located on site! The room was spacious and very inviting! Only thing caught me by surprise was it did not come with a mini fridge or a microwave 🤔. Other than that the room and experience was exceptional! Also there is a 250.00 security deposit that wasn't noted upon booking . However, Ms. Margaret treated us with champagne upon check in and wristbands for entry to the rooftop scene and complimentary chips to purchase a cocktail of your choice. She was was a delite to meet she even allowed us to check out a few mins pass check out time.

The staff here exudes welcome and happiness. From security to restaurants and bars, we did not experience one person that didn't seem glad to be there and glad to have us. Also...excellent food and drink are available right at the restaurant but if you want to venture out, there are great choices within walking distance. And Bourbon and Banter is a retro speakeasy that you go through a phone booth to get to....great fun.

The staff was amazing! From the moment you park until the time you leave, they are very attentive to your needs. I loved the secure building. You could not go to a floor without a key card which is important for solo travelers like myself. The location was ideal if you want to walk to tourist spots. Loved the choices for restaurants, bars and entertainment on the premises.

Location was ideal for event at the Music Hall at Fair Park. Lovely, clean room and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful from beginning to end of stay.

The bourbon bar was exceptional! The food there and at breakfast was great. Nearly every employee was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience.
